The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 4: 00 p.m. Mayor Johnston presiding.
Council Members present: Phyllis Kelsey, Terry Brady, Kirk Bruce, Dwight Lobberecht arriving at 4:05p.m.
Council absent: Jim Durst.
Bruce moved, seconded by Brady to approve liquor application for the Brick House.
AYE: Brady, Bruce, Kirk. NAY: 0. Motion carried.
Bruce moved, seconded by Kelsey to approve the truck with snow removal equipment.
AYE: 4. NAY: 0. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned 4:12 p.m.
