The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Friday, February 10, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall, Mayor Johnston presiding.
Council present: John R. Johnson, Jim Durst, Larry Harding, Dwight Lobberecht arrived at 6:10 p.m.
Council members absent: Lance Johnston.
Harding moved, seconded by Durst to table doing anything to 9th St. until a further study can be done. AYE: 3. NAY: 0. Motion carried.
The police will disconnect his fax line and share with city hall once he is moved.
After a general discussion on the budget Durst moved, seconded by Harding to approve doing the roof on City Hall out of this year budget and the streets from 06/07 budget and have the clerk work up the budget with the figures given.
