The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Monday July 24, 2006 at 4:00 pm. in City Hall., Mayor Johnston presiding.
Council Members present: John R. Johnson, Lance Johnston, Jim Durst, Larry Harding.
Council Members absent: Dwight Lobberecht.
Harding moved, seconded by Johnston to approve specs for Vance and N. 7th St. Project.
AYE: 4. NAY: 0. Motion carried.
The Mayor stated he had spoken with the Water Dept, Sewer Dept and the school to discuss financing of this street project. They will discuss this at their board meetings, and get back to the Mayor.
Johnson introduced Resolution 2006-17 and moved its adoption, a resolution setting a Public Hearing to approve proposed plans, specifications for Vance and N. 7th St. project and consider bids for said project, seconded by Harding. AYE: Johnston, Durst, Harding, Johnson. NAY: 0. Resolution passed.
