The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Monday, November 17, 2008
at 4:00 p.m. Mayor
Johnston presiding.
Council Members present: John R. Johnson,
Richard Shepherd, Jim Durst, Larry Harding, Dwight Lobberecht.
Council Members absent: None.
The Mayor announced this was the time and place set to
open the quotes for engineering qualifications for a flood mitigation study.
There were three responds, Hall
Engineering Company was to busy at this time. Civil Design Advantage and
Garden and Assoc.LTD. both sent in qualifications.
After reviewing the qualifications
Lobberecht moved, seconded by Durst to approve hiring Garden and Assoc.
since they have worked with the city before and were familiar with the
layout of the city.
AYE: Durst, Harding, Lobberecht, Johnson, Shepherd.
NAY: 0. Motion carried.
