The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall, Mayor Johnston presiding.

Council Members present: John R. Johnson, Richard Shepherd, Jim Durst, Larry Harding.

Council Members absent: Dwight Lobberecht.

Harding moved, seconded by Durst to approve the statement from C & J Bulldozing in the amount of $29884.00 for work finished on Mill St. AYE: Durst, Harding, Johnson, Shepherd. NAY: 0. Motion carried.

Johnson moved, seconded by Shepherd to approve the quote from Winger for Floodgate Work. AYE: 4. NAY: 0. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned 4:15 p.m.
