The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall, Mayor Johnston presiding.
Council members present: Doug Greenlee, John Simmers, Jim Durst, Wendell Terrell, Dwight Lobberecht.
Council members absent: None.
After a discussion about turning the Business Center-Community Room building over to the school, Lobberecht introduced Resolution 2010-24 and moved its adoption, a resolution approving a deed of 220-222 Walnut St. buildings to the Eddyville-Blakesburg School District, seconded by Simmers. AYE: Greenlee, Simmers, Durst, Terrell, Lobberecht. NAY: 0. Resolution passed.
Greenlee moved, seconded by Durst to approve MCG running fiber optic lines for the school to 220-222 Walnut St. AYE: 5. NAY: 0. Motion carried.
Durst moved, seconded by Terrell to adjourn at 4:12 p.m.
