The Council of the City of Eddyville met in special session on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Johnston presiding.
Council Members present: Doug Greenlee, John Simmers, Jim Durst, Dwight Lobberecht.
Council Members absent: Wendell Terrell.
Mayor Johnston announced this as the time and date for a public hearing on the proposed 10/11 budget. There being no written or oral objections Durst moved, seconded by Simmers to close the public hearing. AYE: 4. NAY: 0. Motion carried.
Simmers introduced Resolution 2010-18 and moved its adoption, a resolution to approve the budget for 2010/2011 as presented, seconded by Greenlee. AYE: Greenlee, Simmers, Durst, Lobberecht. NAY: 0. Resolution passed.
